It has been just revealed the fact that Binance has issued an important warning ahead of planning to perform a wallet maintenance. Check out the latest reports below.
Binance issues warning
The major cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, has warned its customers about an upcoming maintenance procedure.
The exchange has stated that it will conduct a standard operation on their wallets over the next few days.
Binance has also informed its users that they may notice large cryptocurrency transfers on various blockchains made from their wallets, but there is no need to worry as Binance has assured its community that their assets are safe.
In fact, Binance has even cited the former chief executive, Changpeng Zhao, who recently stepped down and handed his position to Richard Teng.
After leaving his position as Binance chief, Zhao stated that he would focus his time and efforts on other projects.
He doesn’t see himself as a founder of a new crypto start-up but will be available for consulting Binance management.
In the best-case scenario, he would conduct closed consulting to a small circle of entrepreneurs who are interested in his advice.
Over the next few days #Binance will be performing standard wallet maintenance.
As a result, you might notice some large transactions across multiple networks from #Binance wallets.
Rest assured, as always, funds are SAFU.
