Massive volatility surrounds the price of cryptos and this is not a surprise for neither novice or expert investors.
There’s s this unwritten rule in the crypto world claiming that the public should be warned about the enormous risks and colossal price volatility in this market.
On the other hand, with such a big risk/benefit ratio, the opportunity for a quick return is always lurking around the corner, and this allows lots of expert voices to become famous due to their accurate predictions.
Bitcoin predictions
During the past year, lots of analysists have been able to influence the markets, and the bulls have won in 2917, that’s for sure.
But 2018 has been plagued by a bearish trend that doesn’t seem to go away. So far, Bitcoin has also had a bearish year, and this makes people doubt the accuracy of analysists’ predictions.
All these calculations usually have a safe zone, and this is a band that establishes a particular price range in order to avoid over-accurate predictions.
Until now, there has been this one prediction that abused this safe zone, and we’re referring to Clem Chambers., CEO of ADVFN who spoke to The Express.
“Will bitcoin go back over from its previous high? It will probably hit $2,000 before it hits $20,000 … But will it hit $20,000? I think so. Will it hit $100,000? I think that’s quite likely,” he said addressing his Bitcoin predictions.
With such a range from 2k to 100l, his statements could give this man the title for the most bearish and bullish man in the crypto space. On the other hand, he is an expert, and he knows what he is talking about; he just mixed short-0term predictions with long-term ones in a single statement, that’s all.
Despite saying that Bitcoin can reach 2k in the short-term, he is still a member of the bullish team. For him, in the long term Bitcoin can become a part of the economic revolution that the crypto space has been waiting for.
“The blockchain will be the way of the future which will be like the internet was to the generation before. Bitcoin will probably be part of that future in the long term,” he said.
