Bitcoin Forecast: $250k BTC Prediction Is On Track, Says Tim Draper
Today, at the moment of writing this article, Bitcoin is trading in the green, and the most important coin in the crypto market is priced at 7,568.43.
The digital assets are struggling to recover after BTC’s recent falls, and it’s also important to mention the fact that despite the high volatility of the crypto market, optimistic predictions keep popping up in the crypto space.
BTC to hit $250k in three years
Investor and tech venture capitalist Tim Draper said that the prediction that sees the world’s most popular crypto at $250k in three years from now is right on track.
Draper said that BTC would reach the mark in 2023, and this move will be supported by all builders and entrepreneurs in the crypto space who are developing critical infrastructure.
Draper revealed what he believes is feeding the effort to push Bitcoin like this.
“What I didn’t realize was that so many of the cryptocurrencies would be sort of marginalized, where they would lose their backing or the entrepreneur who was driving them, and that consolidates more of that activity around Bitcoin.,” he said.
Draper continued and explained, “So I actually think $250,000 may be a little bit light. It may actually be more like the beginning of 2023, but all systems seem to be ‘go’ for a real Bitcoin – a lot of excitement around Bitcoin.”
BTC’s having will push the coin’s price
He also mentioned the fact that the past BTC halving created a quantum jump in the coin’s price.
He expects things to happen in the same manner the next year when BTC is set to have another halving.
