The Bitcoin-related predictions are getting more bullish these days, and the latest one is the boldest.
Crypto investor and Bitcoin bull Tim Draper comes with the latest BTC predictions that will blow your mind. He says that eventually, BTC will reach $4 million.
Crypto to rise above fiat
During an interview that has been posted by YouTube TheBitcoinofCryptoStreet, the billionaire venture capitalist explained the reasons for which he believes that BTC and crypto will someday rise above the fiat currencies.
“Here’s the way I look at it. There is about $100 trillion worth of fiat currency out there. Fiat currency is poor currency. It’s tied to political whims. It’s tied to political parties. Bureaucrats control it. It’s not really that good for you, and all of the new best, brightest engineers are working on cryptocurrencies,” he says.
Draper continues and explains that “over some period of time, and I don’t want to go into it in too great of depth, but at some period of time the cryptocurrencies will eclipse the fiat currency. So we’re looking at about 1,000x on what we’ve got now.”
So, if the total crypto market cap were to rise by 1000 times, then one BTC would be worth about $4 million. Draper did not say precisely when this is supposed to happen, but he believes for sure that crypto will outperform fiat.
Tim Draper is bullish on crypto adoption
He is also optimistic in terms of adoption as well. Not too long ago, he told NBC Bay Area that BTC and crypto would become the norm at Starbucks in a few years, as reported by The Daily Hodl.
The BTC reaching $4 million prediction is probably the most bullish one we’ve heard, but it’s far from being the only bold prediction in the space.
2019 is expected to be a better year for crypto in terms of prices and mainstream adoption.
