PayPal will reportedly suspend transactions forPornhub
Changpeng Zhao highlighted via Twitter that PayPal will suspend all transactions for Pornhub.
This will reportedly open a door for BTC and other cryptos as a viable payment method for adult entertainers.
Pornhub management said that PayPal will halt payout to more than 100,000 adult performers who depend on the money transmitter for meeting their everyday expenses.
“We are all devastated by PayPal’s decision to stop payouts to over a hundred thousand performers who rely on them for their livelihoods. If you have PayPal as your payout option please select a new method and update your information in your Model Settings tab.”
The platform is now instructing users who used to select PayPal as their payment option to change it to direct deposit or direct debit, according to the latest data coming from the online publication the Daily Hodl.
You may recall that Pornhub added Verge as a payment option back in 2018 and Tron follower, together with ZenCash.
