Tron Founder Justin Sun Has Some Exciting Announcements: Sun Network 1.0 Launched, Tron Protocol Updated And More

The founder of Tron, Justin Sun, has updated the community on September 24 about all the updates and developments that will come soon. The announcements were made through a livestream on Periscope and YouTube. The highlights of his livestream include the announcement of Sun Network 1.0 launch on September 25, a new Tron Protocol update and a few more goodies.

Earlier this month, Sun Network 1.0 was announced, showing users that Tron’s founder is set on delivering the “unlimited scalability” without delay.

Sun’s Livestream: TRON Network Version 3.6.5 Update, TIP53, and More to Come

In his livestream, Sun explained that each Sun Network sidechain will allow 2,000 transactions every second, and having more sidechains will multiply the 2,000 TPS by the number of the sidechains that are active.

An essential announcement is the one regarding the TRON Network Version 3.6.5 update and implementation of TIP53 – resulting in expanding the number of 27 representatives to 127. The original 27 will become super representatives, and the 100 new ones will be representatives. Block rewards on the Tron network will also give 16 TRX to super representatives (the original 27 used to receive 32 TRX).

Sun argues that the new system will incentivize a greater user participation, and with greater decentralization, Tron network will become more secure and robust.

Another announcement focused on Tron’s entry to “Blockchain Interoperability and Cross-Chain Communication,” where Tron will use a relay hub to make transactions from a chain to another. The system will first include three chains, one chosen by TRON foundation and the others by users. December should be the time when the cross-chain mechanism is launched.

Other announcements include the launch of a Tron anonymous coin where the sender, receiver and amount will be hidden. There will also be a one-click blockchain solution for SMEs, Sun adding that it’s similar to Amazon’s cloud computing services, where small businesses can access blockchain solutions.

Finally, Sun concluded that Tron is now in talks with top exchanges that look forward to conducting future IEOs with TRX.
