The crypto space got all hyped during the past days after fake news started circulating online claiming that Justin Sun has been nominated for the Nobel Economics Prize.
Crypto Briefing wrote that Sun had been a potential candidate for quite a while now and more outlets reported the “news.”
Anyway, here’s another piece of interesting information which doesn’t seem to be a joke even if more crypto enthusiasts took it as one.
Justin Sun to speak at Consensus 2019
CoinDesk announced that Tron‘s Justin Sun would be a speaker at its event. Sun also confirmed the news by posting it on his Twitter account.

Consensus 2019 is CoinDesk’s event that will be taking place between May 13 and May 15, 2019. This is the annual gathering of the crypto and blockchain technology world.”
Consensus is designed to be a big tent for the industry: it convenes industry participants ranging from enterprise consortia to cypher punks,” according to the official website of the event.
Consensus aims to break down the barriers that separate companies in the industry and to allow everyone working on the technology to spend three days learning from their peers.
CoinDesk announced on Twitter that they are proud to have Justin Sun as a speaker for the upcoming event.
The announcement triggered various opinions, a lot of them coming from naysayers who kept claiming that April Fools’ is over.
