Despite the global crisis triggered by the coronavirus pandemic, Bitcoin and the crypto space have been gaining increased interest.

Now, Bitcoin bull Tim Draper details which picks over the years have had the greatest impact on society and managed to deliver the highest dollar value.
He is naming a few of the most important companies that became popular really fast – they’re from a vast range of industries.
They include the following: Skype, Tesla, SpaceX, Coinbase, and Robinhood.
During a new interview on TheCapitalNet TV, Draper stated the following:
“Robinhood [US-based financial services] actually is probably, the best pick on the money. I think it’s like a thousand times on the money. And the total value to investors was probably Baidu [Chinese internet giant]. That was probably the biggest total value to investors.”
Hotmail and Skype – the best investments
On the other hand, Draper said that an important game-changer was Hotmail, which made its debut back in 1996 as one of the first free web-based email services.
“It spread to 11 million users in 18 months, and it spread to 100,000 users in India within three weeks at a time when I don’t think there were 100,000 computers in India,” he said as cited by the Daily Hodl.
He highlighted the fact that Hotmail allowed the world to communicate for free. He also mentioned Skype, which allowed people to hear each other for free – he concluded by saying that these two companies that the ones that had the most significant global impact of the investments that he’s ever made.
