Cardano Foundation Rolls Out A New Request For Proposals

Cardano has been seeing some pretty great achievements lately, and obviously, it all culminated with the much-awaited launch of the Shelley upgrade – this boosts the project further into decentralization.

The Cardano Foundation also revealed recently that even if the Shelley upgrade has been successful, there is still a lot of work to be done.

The community is also expecting to see some pretty bold price moves for the digital asset ADA, following the latest achievements.

At the moment of writing this article, the coin is trading in the green and it’s priced at $0.137382.

Cardano Foundation rolls out a new RFP

Now, a few hours ago, the Cardano Foundation released the following announcement on their social media account.

According to the official motes that can be found on the Cardano forum, “The primary goal of this RFP is to allow developers from other platforms to use other programming languages in addition to Haskell to write and deploy decentralized applications (DApps).”

The notes continue and reveal that “Our secondary focus is to ease the migration and porting of DApps from other platforms to run on—or interact with—DApps on Cardano.”
