You probably know by now that there’s been a massive Twitter hack not too long ago that involved various important names and high profiles from the crypto space.
They hacked some accounts that had even a few million followers in order to spread a crypto scam.
The compromised accounts included Apple, Elon Musk, Joe Biden, Binance, Coinbase, and more.
Twitter addressed what had happened and made sure to keep users updated all the time.
We’re working with impacted account owners and will continue to do so over the next several days. We are continuing to assess whether non-public data related to these accounts was compromised, and will provide updates if we determine that occurred.

Cardano’s Charles Hoskinson addresses the hack
Cardano’s Charles Hoskinson had a few words to say about this massive hack:
This twitter hack has all the elements if a much greater story. It looks like the Bitcoin giveaway scam was meant to cover tracks and setup fall guys. More thoughts later

He continued and also said the following:
This might be a parallel construction attempt from an intelligence agency. They are aware of all private messages due to mass surveillance, but can’t leak them. A high profile hack gives plusable deniability. If the PMs leak, then I guarantee we got three letters behind it.

Someone responded with: “So it’s all about private messages of Trump will be leaked by this “hacker group” and he will be compromised, that will decide the election. All about the US election and infighting between government agencies. Trump was attacking the US intelligence community, now revenge.”
In other news, Cardano has been making headlines a lot recently due to all kinds of exciting achievements and massive plans that they have for 2020.
